Data Deletion Request

How to request deletion

1. Open the app Food Radar.
2. Go to Settings -> Backup.
3. Sign in with Google (the account linked to your cloud data).
4. Tap Clear database on server and confirm the action.

This action removes cloud backup snapshots associated with your account from our backend.

What data is deleted

• Cloud backup snapshots (backup payloads) linked to your authenticated Google account.

What may be retained

• Billing and transaction records handled by Google Play / RevenueCat (for legal/accounting obligations).
• Minimal security and operational logs for abuse prevention and reliability.

Retention periods

• Cloud backup snapshots: deleted immediately after successful request.
• Operational logs: retained up to 90 days, then removed or anonymized.
